Results may vary for each person and may take some time to build up in your system. For best results, experiment with the serving size.
Orally – Recommended serving size is between 2 – 10 drops UNDER the tongue morning and night, wait 40-50 seconds for it to be absorbed. This is the easiest and fastest way to absorb the oil into your bloodstream.
Start with 4 drops morning and night then increase by 1 drop every day if needed.
Topically – In addition to taking orally, apply drops on areas of pain as needed.
Caryophyllene falls under the FDA’s “generally recognised as safe” classification, so large servings can be safely consumed.
Please do not stop taking medication that has been prescribed to you by a doctor unless under medical supervision.
Apply Avocado & Hemp Green Clay Mask: Use our soft and gentle Mask Brush to apply the clay mask evenly over your face and neck.
Relax for a while: Take some time to sit back and relax. Our mask is different. It doesn’t dry out your skin, so leave it on for 15 minutes and allow the Hemp-infused goodness to soak in.
Wash it off: Wash off the mask gently, using a clean cloth.
Apply Daily Moisturiser: Apply an even layer of our Daily Moisturiser to a clean dry face using your hands after you have removed the mask. Rub the moisturiser into your skin in a gentle circular motion, until completely absorbed. Moisturiser to be used in the AM and PM.
Enjoy your day: Because after this, you will have a full face of skin so clean and bright, you won’t be able to help but show it off.
Hemp Seed Oil – Hemp Seed Oil contains anti-inflammatory properties to help calm irritated skin. It is both cleansing and moisturising, and it provides a natural conditioner which helps to repair damaged hair and skin due to its perfect balance of omega 3, 6 & 9.
Kaolin Clay – Kaolin Clay mildly cleanses and detoxifies the skin, removing dead skin cells and absorbing any impurities from your pores. It is perfect for using on dry, sensitive skin, helping to calm and soothe any irritations, and it also can help brighten and tone your skin for a more youthful and healthy look.
Avocado Oil – Avocado helps to plump skin from the inside out, by nourishing and moisturising your skin. It can also help to encourage collagen production which in turn promotes new skin cell growth.
Hyaluronic Acid – Hyaluronic Acid helps to attract and retain water to hydrate the skin. It may help the skin look plumper, brighter, and more nourished through regular use.
Safflower Oil – Safflower Oil contains anti inflammatory properties to help calm irritated skin. It is moisturising and may help improve acne, age spots and uneven skin tone.
Vitamin E – Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant which helps protect your skin against free radicals such as sun damage which causes premature ageing. It also helps to hydrate your skin, leaving it fresh and nourished.
Vitamin B5 – Vitamin B5 is contains anti inflammatory properties which helps smooth the skin, improve hydration and moisture retention, and keeps your skin looking healthy.
Witch Hazel – Witch Hazel is a toning agent that helps tighten pores and make them appear smaller. It can also help reduce inflammation and tone the skin by absorbing excess oils without stripping your skin. It can also help reduce puffiness.
Cucumber – Cucumber Extract has long been well known to reduce puffiness and irritations on the skin. It provides hydration due to its high water content, and can assist with acne prone skin.
