Owners, Chris and Julie Collins started Canna Oils and developed Beta Caryophyllene benefits by researching the active ingredient found in a product Julie was using to calm her stress and 3am waking. Chris soon found that the same active ingredient helped relieve him of the pain in his shoulder caused by calcium spurs.
As they talked with their sons, they soon found out that their middle son, Ben was also using this product to help with his anxiety.

It was only natural, that Chris and Julie would look further into how to utilise this product and that’s how Canna Oils was born!
Canna Oils is a family-owned and operated business, based in Nelson Bay, New South Wales. Originally, the business was birthed out of a spare bedroom in the tiny town of Baan Baa (near Narrabri), where Chris locked himself away for hours researching the benefits of Beta Caryophyllene and sourcing a reputable supplier to kick start the Canna Oils brand.
The 5th of September 2020 saw the Canna Oils team pack up the ute with a table and a marquee and head to Narrabri Markets to see what kind of response their Canna Oils Ultra and Ultra Blend would find. They were over the moon with the interest that their small stall caused amongst the gumtrees, so decided to stretch their wings and visited other markets over the following weekends and quickly developed a strong customer base. With their success in the market space, they approached reputable health food stores and alternative health practitioners to partner with them in spreading the word about the Beta Caryophyllene benefits.
Due to their on-the-ground contact with everyday people at the markets, Chris and Julie quickly developed the reputation of being genuine and honest people that sincerely just want to see people living the best life they can. Hence the Canna Oils moto – Your Health Matters.
Canna Oils Ultra is a powerful plant isolate that supports the body’s natural endocannabinoid system (ECS), which helps modulate sleep, stress response and relief from pain and inflammation.
Beta Caryophyllene (BCP) is found in numerous plants throughout nature, including cloves, black pepper, hops, rosemary, and of course, cannabis. Canna Oils Ultra is isolated from both the black pepper or clove plant. What makes BCP so special is that it is a terpene that mimics a cannabinoid, binding directly to the CB2 receptors of the endocannabinoid system. BCP has been shown in numerous studies to support optimal inflammatory response. BCP is also an analgesic and can protect the cells lining the digestive tract, as well as promoting a sense of wellbeing and calm.

Ultra – Recommended serving size of BCP is between 2 – 10 drops UNDER the tongue morning and night.
Start with 4 drops morning and night then increase by 1 drop every day if needed.
Topical use is recommended for areas of pain as needed.

Ultra is 100% Beta Caryophyllene (BCP) and our Ultra Blend is 50% BCP/50% Hemp Seed Oil.
The Hemp Seed Oil is a great carrier oil with its own health benefits – the main benefit being a great source of fatty acids and its omega 6 and 3 ratio. If you feel that you need the Hemp Seed Oil in your diet then the Blend could be right for you.
The BCP works directly on the Endocannabinoid System and the Hemp Seed Oil is a great carrier oil for topical application to areas of pain and orally for lubrication of the joints and again for essential fatty acids and omegas in our diet (if needed).Please note, that a carrier oil is NOT essential for topical use.
NB: To enjoy Beta Caryophyllene benefits, you would need to have a higher dosage of Ultra Blend to get the same amount of BCP into your system as it is only 50% Beta Caryophyllene.
