Suffer from Insomnia? Then you NEED to keep reading!
Each week we have a lot of people ask us if BCP Oil can help them get a good night’s sleep. So, I thought this week we’d take a closer look at insomnia and how BCP could be the missing link many people are looking for.
Insomnia is being unable to fall asleep or stay asleep. It can affect not only sleep but also your everyday life. Around one third of Australians experience insomnia at some point in their lives.
It usually lasts for a short time, although it can go on for months or even years. Women and elderly people are more likely to suffer from it.
Insomnia can include any of the following:
- difficulty getting to sleep
- waking up during the night and having trouble going back to sleep
- waking up too early
Insomnia also causes a range of problems that can occur during the day, and can make it difficult to function normally. They include:
- difficulty waking at a normal time
- daytime sleepiness or fatigue (may not be present)
- poor concentration
- forgetfulness or making errors
- irritable or grumpy mood
- ‘sleep anxiety’ or worrying about lack of sleep
- anxiety or depression (these issues can also cause insomnia)
- tension headaches
- digestive symptoms
So, I think we can all agree, that getting a good night’s sleep is crucial to enable us to function at our best.
Research found that BCP can decrease the time it takes to get to sleep and increase sleep time. So, that’s great news to all of you insomniacs out there.
We have had many customers tell us that better sleep is one of the main benefits that they find after taking BCP. Some say they fall asleep faster, while other say that once asleep that they sleep more soundly.
Keep an eye out on our Facebook Page next week as to why we recommend applying BCP to the sole of your feet before sleep and also go to BCP Oil Aussie Community group on Facebook to further the discussion.
