This week, I wanted to revisit alternate ways to administer your BCP Oil and / or Bodease Balm. I believe that the fastest way into the bloodstream is sublingual (under the tongue), but this may not be suitable for everyone due to factors like taste preferences, age, or fine motor skills limitations.
For those seeking an alternative, we often suggest applying the products to the soles of the feet. This method not only provides an option for those who find sublingual application challenging, but also offers additional benefits, especially when applied at night for that deep sleep we all seek.
During my research on this application technique, I stumbled upon an informative YouTube video. Although the video primarily discusses essential oils, the principle remains the same, shedding light on the effectiveness of applying substances to the soles of the feet. I hope you enjoy the show!!!
